Use of Content on EdgeLabs Site

 

You are permitted to use the EdgeLabs Site for your own personal, non commercial use only. EdgeLabs is a sole owner of all content appearing on the EdgeLabs Site, including note limited to all text, imagery, audio and video. 

 

EdgeLabs retains all exclusive ownership of all intellectual property rights pertaining to the content on the EdgeLabs Site, including but not limited to all applicable trademarks, copyrights, logos, trade indicia, whether registered or not registered. The EdgeLabs Site and all content available therein is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. 

 

You may save, download or print extracts of content from EdgeLasb Site for your own personal, non commercial use only, provided that doing so does not infringe on EdgeLabs copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights. 

 

You must not republish, redistribute, reproduce, duplicate, sell, rent or sub-license content from EdgeLabs Site without the express prior approval of EdgeLabs, which may be obtained by emailing legal@edgelabs.com Written consent from EdgeLabs is also required if you wish to use the EdgeLabs Site or its content for any other purpose, including but not limited to commercial use (for example, redistribution of the EdgeLabs logo in a company presentation or use of EdgeLabs’s photography in business guides.

 

You may also link to EdgeLabs Site and share content thereof, provided that:

1. The website or application in which the content is shared does not promote, condone, finance or otherwise support illegal or illicit activity, nor does it contain libelous, obscene or criminal content, or content which violates any third party rights; 

2. The context in which the link or content is shared, or the language used thereof, does not defame EdgeLabs or its commercial partners, or deceive others as to the nature of the content being shared;

3. You do not falsely imply that EdgeLabs endorses, sponsors or approved of you or your website, or that there is any commercial relationship between or connection thereof; and

4. You do not modify, distort, create iframes around, or otherwise alter the context or meaning of the content being shared.

 

We reserved the right to request that you remove or edit links to our content or EdgeLabs Site.

To the extent permitted by law, EdgeLabs shall not be held liable for any loss caused by your use of EdgeLabs Site, nor shall EdgeLabs be held responsible for any loss arising from your sharing of EdgeLabs Site or content thereof. External websites to which EdgeLabs provides you with access are not under our control, and EdgeLabs accepts no responsibility for their content.

 

EdgeLabs makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, concerning the quality, accessibility, availability or safety of the EdgeLabs Site, or its fitness for purpose, and it will not be liable to the contrary. 

 

Any omission by EdgeLabs to enforce a provision of these Website Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any provision or right of EdgeLabs in respect to these Website Terms and Conditions.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold EdgeLabs, is parent entities, its subsidiaries, partners, agents, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, subcontractors, affiliates and legal counsel free from all damages, losses, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, costs and expenses, including reasonable solicitor’s fees, arising out of your breach of these Website Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change these Website Terms and Conditions at any time without giving you notice or requesting your consent. Such changes will be made at our sole discretion, and they will come into force from the moment these are published on EdgeLabs Site.
